James May
"He was born in 1836. He was fired by Car Magazine, fired by Autocar magazine, fired by Scotland on Sunday, and somehow he managed to get fired by a Volvo dealership. Probably for driving too slowly."

James May (born 16 January, 1963) is an automotive journalist and a television presenter, who currently is one of the co-presenters of The Grand Tour, along with Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond. His nickname is "Captain Slow", due to his leisurely pace when driving and the fact that he always gets lost or distracted.

In 1992, May was fired from his job as a journalist at Autocar Magazine after he, out of boredom, put together an arcostic in one issue. Every article started with an initial; when you spelled it out, there was a hidden message: "So you think it's really good, yeah? You should try making the bloody thing up; it’s a real pain in the arse." May since admitted that he thought this was hilarious, but his manager did not. He was also fired from a Volvo dealership around the same time, for undisclosed reasons.
